Floyd Head

Mr. Floyd William Head, Jr. of Woodstock, GA., passed away Friday August 12, 2016 at his residence after an extended illness. He was 72. Funeral services will be held at 5 p.m. Tuesday, August 16, 2016 at Hillside United Methodist Church with Dr. John Beyers officiating. Visitation will be held from 3:00 to 4:30 p.m. Tuesday at Poole Funeral Home. Mr. Head was born February 3, 1944 in Atlanta, GA to the late Floyd William Sr. and Martha Louise Tomlinson Head. Mr. Head graduated from the University of Georgia. Mr. Head spent his entire career as a Real Estate Broker and Home Builder in the metro Atlanta area. Survivors include his wife, Muriel Head, Woodstock, GA; son, Jimmy Head and wife Kelly, Woodstock, GA; their three children, Taylor, Kayla, and Kyleigh Head, all of Woodstock; daughter, Jacqueline Beasley and her husband David, Woodstock, GA; their children, Sydney, Jake, and Jonathan Beasley all of Woodstock; son, Robert Head and his wife Angela, Woodstock, GA; their children, Dylan, Cooper, and Ava Head all of Woodstock; Online condolence may be made at www.PooleFuneralHome.net
