Margaret Joelene Moore, nee Milbourne, was born on August 29, 1930 to Vera Mae Milbourne in Crisfield, Maryland. She attended school in Crisfield where she met her future husband, Charles Bradshaw Moore. They married on May 15, 1949 in Baltimore, Maryland. She gave birth to her three children, Beverly Susan, Peter Allen and Brian Charles in Baltimore before her husband was transferred to Georgia. They spent their lives moving from Georgia to Florida to Connecticut before retiring in Marietta, Georgia. Jolene was very active in all the communities in which they lived, particularly in the church. They were long time members of Mount Bethel United Methodist Church in Marietta in which she participated in bible studies, women's circles, book club and pep club. Her Christian faith was the foundation for her life. Jolene passed away on September 3 from complications from Alzheimer's disease, surrounded by her family. She was preceded in death by her husband Charles, on February 10, 2016. She is survived by her brother, Woodrow Willing, of Salisbury, Maryland; her children; Beverly Susan (Harry) Erhart and Peter Allen (Debbie) Moore, both of Tampa, Florida, and by Brian Charles (Phoebe) Moore, of Woodstock, Georgia. She adored her seven grandchildren; Stephen (Sheri) Moore, Matthew (Stacey) Moore, Eric (Alicia) Moore, all of Tampa, Florida, Christopher (Christine) Moore of Dallas, Georgia, Aaron (Meghan) Moore, Nicholas Anthony and Brianna Moore all of Woodstock, Georgia. She had five great-grandchildren. She was a loving mother, grandmother, and great-grandmother, her greatest title and accomplishment was being "Meemaw" to all.
