Sue Borders

Noretta "Sue" Borders, age 79, of Marietta, Georgia passed away peacefully Saturday, February 18, 2017 at Tranquility at Kennesaw Mountain Hospice in Marietta, Georgia. Sue is survived by her loving husband of 58 years, Donald E. Borders; her daughter Karen Bridges and her husband Rusty of Memphis, Tennessee; son Mike Borders and his wife Nellie of Woodstock, Georgia; three grandchildren Kristen Bridges, Bryan Bridges and Brittany Bridges of Memphis, Tennessee; one great-grandson Ryan Bridges of Memphis, Tennessee; and Sue's brother Don Collenbaugh of Worthington, Indiana. She was preceded in death by her sisters, Marjorie Zurcher and Joann Yegerlehner. A Celebration of Life Service will be held Wednesday, February 22, 2017 at 12:30 pm at the Poole Funeral Home Chapel. The family will receive friends one hour prior to the service at the funeral home. The interment will be at the Georgia National Cemetery in Canton, Georgia at 2:30 pm.
