Benjamin Thomas Eiler

March 8, 1976 — December 21, 2023

Benjamin Thomas Eiler, 47, passed away on December 21st in Cumming, Georgia. He had a full and adventurous life, growing up in Magnolia and settling down in Little Rock with his high school sweetheart who he affectionately called “Melba”. Together they raised three children and spent the last decade in Puerto Rico, traveling the Caribbean all courtesy of Ben’s thriving business ventures.

Ben owned the financial game, beginning at Crews and Associates and culminating as a managing partner at First Southern Securities. Ben carved his path with unapologetic confidence, he didn’t just challenge opinions; he steamrolled them with a confidence that could make the bravest blush. Every day was a purposeful stride for him.

He is survived by his wife, Melanie, and their three children; Isabel, Ethan, and Ainslee. In addition, he is survived by his parents, Ben and Sondra Eiler, his in-laws Jerry and Linda Arrington, devoted uncles Terry (Kim) Nance and Jerry (Libby) Nance, uncle Randy (Diane) Nance, aunt Ronda Colia, his brother Eric Eiler (Robin), his sister-in-law Mary Chatelain (Austin) as well as four nieces and one nephew. Friends from all walks and business buddies riding high on Ben's financial wisdom mourn his exit, secretly tallying up debts owed for ungodly profits they reaped.

Faith in Jesus? Unshakeable. Ben treated this world like a temporary pit stop, eyes fixed on a heavenly finale.  His legacy echoes in perseverance, courage, humor, blunt honesty, and, above all, a profound love for family. Ben wasn't just larger than life; he was the headline act. Lost? Nah. Ben never tiptoed through existence. He roamed purposefully facing hurricanes with a nonchalant smirk. The tale of Ben Eiler was good; it was a testament to character and determination.

A celebration of Ben’s life will be held at the Sunset Lodge at Rusty Tractor Vineyards in Little Rock on Saturday, January 6th, at 2 pm. In his memory, live each day with the boldness that fueled his remarkable story. Here's to honoring a life well lived, not in somber tones but with the spirited vibrancy Ben would have applauded.
