Betty Irene Howard

Betty Irene Howard (10/15/1929 - 10/13/2022), born the first of five daughters to Ruth and Lloyd Arnold in Salem, NE. Recently preceded in death by son, William Gene Lang; survived by daughters Gloria Ruth Lang, Debra Faye Howard Pressel, Angela Kay Howard Mayo; sisters Donna Kulseth, Ruth Ann Eppens; 8 grandchildren, 16 great grandchildren, 2 great great grandchildren and many other nieces, nephews, cousins and lifelong friends who love her dearly. She was ordained an Elder (Covenant Presbyterian Church) where she resided over 30 yrs (Albuquerque, NM), thereafter living in Ruidoso, NM, Woodstock, GA and Pawnee City, NE with husband Donald W. Howard. She always served her community (schools, churches, neighborhood, nursing homes). She lived in GA since 2011, where she passed in the good care of loving healthcare and hospice nurses and staff.  We will celebrate her life with a memorial TBD (live and virtually) - for details contact Debra Pressel (dpressel54@gmail.com).
