Cynthia L. Ross, born on October 14, 1956, in Gastonia, North Carolina, transitioned peacefully from this earthly realm on February 25, 2026, in Austell, Georgia. A beacon of style, charm, and grace, Cindy's life was a tapestry woven with vibrant threads of laughter, positivity, and devotion to her family and community.
Known for her keen sense of fashion, she delighted in styling numerous fashion models, leaving her indelible mark on the world of aesthetics. Her passion extended to the realm of real estate, where she flourished as a distinguished agent, successfully selling a multitude of homes in the cherished Bridgemill Neighborhood. Each home bore witness not only to her professional prowess but also to her ability to create lasting connections, as she navigated the intricate dance of houses becoming cherished homes.
Cindy was an individual who could light up any room with her infectious smile and vivacious spirit. Her sense of humor was a gift she shared generously with those fortunate enough to know her. She embodied patience and optimism, serving as a steadfast source of support and encouragement for her loved ones and friends alike.
For over twenty years, Cindy was a devoted member of the First Baptist Church of Woodstock, where her faith flourished amidst a community that cherished her vibrant presence. Her commitment to her beliefs was evident in every facet of her life, reflecting a woman who grasped the importance of compassion and service.
The beach was her happy place, a spot where life slowed down and she could breathe deeply. She carried the beach with her wherever she went, its calm, its warmth, and its reminder to savor the small, beautiful moments.
Cindy leaves behind a loving family who will forever carry her memory in their hearts. She is survived by her beloved husband, Dave Ross, and her cherished sister, Christi Fowler, along with her brother-in-law, Dan. Cindy was a loving step-mom to Dr. Alexandra Ross (Patrick) and (Nick) Ross (Veronica) as well as numerous close friends and neighbors. Her legacy lives on through her nephews, Austin Fowler (Faith), as well as Grant Fowler (Candace), who continue to draw inspiration from her remarkable spirit. Cindy was passionate about her 4 cats, Doc, Shelby, Buddy and Daphne, who were like children to her.
