Mr. Donald Ray Bethune Sr., 82, of Woodstock, GA, died July 26, 2019, at Woodstock, GA, born December 24, 1936. He is survived by his wife, Katheryn Bethune of Woodstock, GA; son, Donald Bethune Jr. and wife Bonnie of Woodstock, GA; daughters, Donna Boleman of Cumming, GA and Carol Gillman and husband Lee of Woodstock, GA; sisters, Betty Sue Gordon of Ft. Myers, FL, Otta Mae Richards of TN; grandchildren, Maggie, Lesa, Pricilla, Lesley, Joshua, Chad, Matt, Tony, Steven and Michael; eight great-grandchildren and several nieces and nephews. Mr. Bethune was preceded in death by his parents, Eunice and Grace Bethune; daughter, Karen Dearborn; brothers, Terry Bethune, Herbert Bethune and Earl Bethune. The family will be receiving friends from 5:00 PM to 7:00 PM, Monday, July 29, 2019 at Poole Funeral Home, Woodstock, GA. The funeral service will be held in the Chapel at Poole Funeral Home Tuesday, July 30, 2019 at 1:00 PM with Brother Larry Johnson officiating.� Burial will follow the service at 2:30 PM in Rolling Hills Memory Gardens, Acworth, GA.
