Obituary for Janée Holladay (Graham)
Janée Marie Holladay (Graham), age 46, of Woodstock, GA passed away on August 14, 2020, after her 5-year battle with cancer.
Janée was kind, funny, smart, beautiful, talented and brave. She was a loving wife and devoted mother who wanted to spend every minute with her family. She enjoyed the beach, decorating, costume design, architecture, and trips to Charleston, SC and New York City. Janée was a loyal daughter, visiting her parents regularly, even after she got sick. Janée’s smile would light up any room and she gave everything she had to everyone around her. She brought joy to any situation, and she spoiled her family, friends, co-workers, and patients everyday with her generosity.
She was born September 18, 1973 in Kalamazoo, MI. She was always attracted to beautiful things, buildings, artwork, anything that looked like it took skill and time to achieve. In high school she got a scholarship to Clemson for Architecture but ended up taking a different path. She wanted to help people and decided to get a BS in Biology from Reinhardt University. After graduation she worked at CryoLife, but found a lifelong career at Georgia Urology.
She is survived by her husband Jimmy Holladay; son Preston Shane and daughter Caroline Marie; parents Shane and Helen Graham of Summerville, SC; sisters Sheila Jurgensmeyer (Graham) of Moncks Corner, SC and Nicole Graham of Brooklyn, NY; many nieces and nephews that she spoiled rotten; and a ton of other family members and friends who will miss her to the moon and back.
We love and miss you Janée
