Mitchell Ryan Rogers

Mitchell R. Rogers, 42, of Acworth passed away surrounded by his family on Friday, December 13. 2019. Mitch was born on April 11, 1977 in Port Jefferson, NY. The first born to parents Thomas and Alicia Rogers and the 6th grandchild to Gertrude "Gommy" Rogers. He is survived by his daughter, Alyssa Rogers, his parents, Tom and Alice, his sister and brother-in-law, Nicole and Paul Cargill, as well as several Aunts, Uncles and Cousins. Mitch was loved by many and will be missed by those who truly knew him. There will be no service as his wishes were to be cremated and he will be laid to rest in the spring at Sea View Cemetery in Mt. Sinai, NY. In leu of flowers and cards, the family has asked that donations be made in his memory to St. Mary's Hospitality House located at 2801 South Staunton Road Huntington, WV 25702 The family also asks that you please respect their wishes to grieve in private during this difficult time.
