Nancy Montoya

Mrs. Nancy Rita Montoya passed away on February 18, 2022. She was born on November 7, 1947, in Wilmington, Delaware. She is the daughter of the late John Smilyk and Dorothy Collet.

Nancy loved to watch the little birds on her bird feeder from her living room window, while holding her two little dogs. She was known as a loving and caring person, truly devoting herself to being God’s daughter.

She is survived by her loving husband of 12 years Edwin Montoya; daughters; Dorothy, Nancy, and Vanett; sons, Ray and Richie; brother, Rick Smilyck.

In keeping with Mrs. Montoya’s wishes she was cremated, and private memorial service will be held at a later date.
