Nickolay Lisiuk was born on September 15 1938 in the village of Vilgar, Ukraine. He was born to Joseph and Zina and was raised in a Christian Family. Their family consisted of 2 sisters and 5 brothers. Nickolay was the fifth child in the family. From childhood, he loved to praise God and even in times of persecution, he used his talents to teach and serve as a choir conductor in different churches. He was a great handyman who worked hard for his family and for those around him. His heart was open to everyone. In 1964, Nickolay married Nadezhda Gulchuk with whom he lived harmoniously for 54 years. In 1989 God led Nickolay and his wife Nadezhda, along with their 14 children to America. In America He lived 29 years. God gave him a great legacy: a loving wife, 14 children, 42 grandchildren, and 1 great-grandchild. On January 10 2019 the Lord called our dear father, husband, grandfather, and great-grandfather into eternity. Nickolay Lisiuk left for us an example to serve and trust God in all circumstances of life.
