Mr. Thomas Douglas Emmett “Big Sexy” 48 Of Winder departed this life Sunday morning April 9, 2022. Mr. Emmet was born in Atlanta to his parents Ernest and Valorie Johnson Emmett, he worked for Davenport Transportation, driving was his passion. “Big Sexy” loved music, being a mechanic, watching sunsets, loved his family unconditionally, when he walked into a room his positive energy filled with his warm and loving attitude got everyone’s attention, he loved life to the fullest and will be missed by all who knew him. Mr. Emmett is preceded in death by his father, Ernest Emmett. Survivors include his daughter Alexandria Emmett (Nicole) of Bucyrus, Ohio, Mother of Alexandria, Stacey Regan, Significant Other, Vickie Jennings and Vickie’s children, Ashley Sprague and Thomas Blake Sprague. Mother, Valorie Emmett, Siblings, Melissa Barker (Michael) and Johnny Crowe (Julie) and his nieces and nephews, Candice Blake, Christina Blake and Jagger Crowe. Honorary Pallbearers are, Jason toms, Keith and Renee Weaver, Watkinsville Georgia Post Office Staff as well as Davenport Transportation Company. Services to celebrate the life of Thomas Douglas “Big Sexy” Emmett will be Tuesday April 12, 2022, at 3:00 PM in the funeral home chapel with Steve Chadwick and Tommy Weldy officiating. Visitation will be from 1:00 PM until the service hour.
