On Saturday, September 12, 2020, Thomas Paul Ullom, passed away at the age of 72. Tom was born on February 26, 1948 in Steubenville, OH to Sydney Robert and Nola Ullom. The family moved to Ft. Lauderdale when Tom was 8. He enjoyed many sports including baseball, football, and track. His baseball team came in third at the Little League World Series. Later his passion turned to golf. Tom served in the United States Army in Vietnam. He received his BBA from Florida Atlanta College in 1972. Following college, he always worked in the sales industry. He was Sales Manager of the year for the Midwest Region with Xerox, an accomplished real estate salesman, and was an award-winning salesman at Cobb County Toyota. Tom married Jane Weinhagen on June 24, 1972. They were blessed with two children, Doulgas Ullom and Christine Lemoine. Tom was preceded in death by his father, Robert, his mother, Nola, and his brother, Richard. He is survived by his wife, both children, Grandsons Mikal and Jonathan Lemoine, his brother Jim, sister-in-law Kay, niece Melisa, and nephews Todd, Trevor, and Bryan. A funeral service will be held on Saturday, September 19th, 2020 at 1 pm at Heritage Presbyterian Church, Acworth, GA. The service will be available via live stream and a link will be shared once finalized. Interment will take place at the Georgia National Cemetery on Monday, September 21, 2020 and will be attended by immediate family only.
