Veronica Putnam-Carlisle

Ms. Veronica "Ronnie" Ann Putnam-Carlisle of Canton, GA died Thursday, February 7, 2019 at Northside Cherokee Hospital following an extended illness. She was 49. A Celebration of Life service will be held at 10 am Saturday, March 16, 2019 at Poole Funeral Home Chapel. Ms. Putnam-Carlisle was born January 9, 1970 in Austell, Georgia to Seals and Janitha Matney Smith. Veronica loved and trained horses. Survivors include her children, Ethan Putnam (Arica), Chattanooga, TN., Amelia Putnam, Mansfield, GA., Landon Putnam, Mansfield, GA and Cayden Carlisle, Fayetteville, TN; her parents, Seals and Jan Smith, Canton, GA; three grandchildren; nieces and nephews; two sisters, Vera Peffer (Doug) and Vicky Crittenden; her brother, Vince Smith (Robyn); Fianc�' Gordon Owens.
