On June 4, 2021, Debra Jane (Langford) Davis, age 66, passed away unexpectedly at her home in Woodstock, Georgia.

She was born in 1954 in Hartford, Connecticut to Richard Charles Langford and Gertrude Jane Langford.

Debra graduated from Conard High School - Class of 1972, and attended Tunxis Community College.

She was the Office Manager at Cherokee Chrysler Dodge Jeep from 2002 to 2017 prior to her retirement.

Debra is survived by her older brother and sister-in-law, Richard and Susan Langford of Tennessee, and cousins Bobby, Steven, and Timmy Walsh (spouses and children) of Connecticut.

She was preceded in death by her grandparents, George and Jennie (Flaherty) Hill, and Henry and Mary (Rogers) Langford; her parents, Richard Charles and Gertrude Jane Langford; and her uncles/aunts, George Hill, Henry Langford, Bob and Mary Walsh.

Debra enjoyed traveling and loved her many dogs throughout the years – Phoebe, Anna, Chloe, Kushka, Brock, Czar, and Perkins (plus Maximillian her cat).

Raised in the Catholic faith from childhood, she loved God and prayed often. Debra is in heaven now with her family and friends.

She will be greatly missed by her family and the many friends she has loved for all these years.

The family would like to give a special note of thanks to Jim Hornsby, Scott Baccus, Wendy Biggers, Connie Wright, Mike Westlund, Philip Holmes, and Cheryl Cattenhead for being such wonderful friends to Debra throughout the years, and a special thanks to Mike Quirk for being her “forever friend”.

A loving caring friend to many, but along the way she forgot to love, care, and be a friend to herself.

Debra will be interred at Fairview Cemetery, 200 Whitman Avenue, West Hartford, Connecticut 06107.

There will be a small graveside service for family scheduled at a later time.

Remembering Debra's sweet spirit.  Now she is in the presence of Jesus, rejoicing.
No more pain or fear...only the love of God.

You are now in paradise reunited with some great friends, family and beloved pets.  I know it must be a wonderful place. Keep them laughing and loving as you always do. Until we meet again, you will missed but never forgotten and I know you are watching over all of us.
